What You’ll Do:
● Develop & Execute Field Marketing: Create and implement plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive referrals.
● Cultivate Key Relationships: Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and community organizations.
● Conduct Outreach: Represent us at events, deliver presentations, and engage with the community.
● Collaborate with Sales: Ensure seamless lead generation and follow-up.
● Track & Analyze Performance: Monitor marketing campaigns, optimize ROI, and report on metrics.
● Manage Budget: Develop and manage the field marketing budget.
● Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
● Ensure Client Satisfaction: Gather feedback and address concerns.
What You’ll Need:
● 2+ years marketing/sales experience (required).
● Proven relationship-building skills.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strong project management skills.
● Self-motivated and results-oriented.
● 100% travel within Orange County (required).
● Valid driver’s license and transportation (required).
● Associate’s degree preferred.
