Infinite Love Homecare (ILH), a rapidly growing and client-focused caregiving company in the City of Orange, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides (HCAs) to join our team. We offer flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends (every other weekend availability preferred).

About the Role:

As an HCA/Caregiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services that empower seniors to remain in the comfort of their own homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Responsibilities:

● Companionship, including social activities and outings
● Light housekeeping tasks, meal planning, and preparation
● Medication and appointment reminders
● Assistance with grooming, ambulation, and transfers
● Assistance with toileting, incontinence issues, and bathing

Compensation and Benefits:

● Starting pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

● A genuine desire to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect
● Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families
● Experience with the listed duties (professional or private family care experience preferred)
● Completed TB skin test/Chest x-ray
● Two forms of ID
● HCA ID number (Required)
● Successful completion of a criminal background check (FBI/DOJ Livescan)
● Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver

Schedules Available:

● 8-hour shifts
● 10-hour shifts
● 12-hour shifts
● Day shifts
● Evening shifts
● Night shifts
● Overnight shifts
● On-call availability
● Weekends (every other weekend preferred)
